Buying iPhone/iPad/android app developer for simple apps + small budget

I'm interested to have own iPhone/iPad/Android App.
Im looking for experienced programmer/developer who able to build an simple app for me.
i dont want to have very complex app since im working on very tight budget and dont want to spend very much since it will be my first app.

But if everything goes well, i will gurantee there will be more projects in the future even bigger.

current budget range: $200-500/app

app ideas: game, social network, entertainment
coding: c++, flash, with any game engines etc.
design: i can help with this
neat programming and professional support and communications
will have good improvisement in the project
