Due to a lack of free time I am unable to continue with the running of one of my web sites and I am now looking to sell the site

    The web site is www.iphonebites.com

    _____________________________________________

The web site is fully developed and you will NOT find a better ready to go iPhone related site on the internet. Included in the sale will be the following:

100% Ownership of site, full transfer of coded templates as well as content.

A web site ranked very highly on Google for the search term "iphone forums" - 6th Position

The domain iphoneforums.org (originally used on the site, currently re-directed to iphonebites.com)

All PSD's used for the site (Including both Wordpress and vBulletin templates)

The Site currently makes about $1 a day through adsense, not much but promotion has not been done and the PPC is currently averaging at about $0.20 p/c. At the time of the launch of the iPhone in america (launch is approaching in europe) the average PPC was roughly $0.60 - $1.50.

    _____________________________________________

Not included with the sale will be:

vBulletin License (This ends in January anyway)

The Domain iPhoneBites.com - UNLESS buyer is willing to pay an additional $200 on top of the BIN / Bid price as this is the price paid for the domain just 7 weeks ago.

    _____________________________________________

Bids must start at $500 - Increments of $20
    BIN of $900

    _____________________________________________

Payment must be made via either of the following:

    Wired Bank Transfer (Preferred)
    Pay Pal

I like the look of this site, but why can't I bid with the domain iPhoneBites.com included in the sale?

You can bid for the iPhoneBites domain, but you must add an additional $200 as this domain has only recently been purchased and cost $200 to buy through another person.

I'm not clear on the process here. If the sale should go through without the domain then what is the buyer paying for? Your duplicate content & databases?

Will not accept this bid, if you want iPhoneBites with the sale and want to make a bid, you must start at $700.

If buyer wishes not to purchase the iPhoneBites domain, I will continue to re-direct the iPhoneBites domain for a month to ensure that you retain the high SERPS.

    withdrawing my bid.

just my 2cents. since you are selling a site, you should include the domain and
make your starting bid $700. Without domain your stats and revenue is irrelevant.

in order to justify your starting bid, it will be good to provide some stats screenshots and revenue screenshots.

and you can also sell your content here without domain.

The site gets 50 - 100 uniques daily directly from search engine results. No promotion has been done.

This is very deceiving. Just ad 200 to your bid and bin and be done with it....it's scaring everyone away...
