    Do you perhaps have any coding experience? You can download the iPhone SDK, and give it a try yourself, I think they have some sample code there to give you an idea (then you won't have to pay anybody ;)) http://developer.apple.com/iphone/

    Depending on the complexity of what you need though, I unfortunately can't point you to any developers, just thought I'd throw this link up.

    its a different language, forgot the name, but it seems pretty hard to learn and you also need a Mac to run the SDK :(
