I like how you made your blog look like an iphone! For your heading textes, I would make the grey font a bit brighter so it's easier to read.

Good design. However, there is a minor glitch in the footer (border is a bit wider there).

Really like the layout, would just agree with the last post and say manke the heading a lighter grey, make them stand out for the black more.

I atually have a question about the iphone, are they going to be releasing one in white? i know that will make the screen not look as sharp but this it would be a nice look to the phone?

very nice design but i do not think that it is useful if the menu is in the bottom.

thanks. what about the loading speed?
as I'm thinking of random mirrors for the videos
based on the location of the user

Maybe split your posts using <!----more---> (or whatever the right tag is)?
The site needs too much scrolling to reach to the bottom to take a look at all posts.

Loading speed is not the best but OK.
I would also suggest getting some one to proof read your site for grammar and spelling. It's a pity to have such a nice looking website with spelling and grammar errors
