iPhone Background Issue

    On this site, when it is viewed on an iPhone, the homepage city background does not appear. See attachment. But when it is viewed on an Android, or in any iPhone user agent or simulator, the city skyline background DOES correctly appear. I do not have an iPhone so I'm unable to reproduce it and troubleshoot.

    The background is simply a css image background:
    #intro {background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) url("/wp-content/uploads/site-elements/philadelphia-digital-marketing-mobile.jpg") repeat scroll 0 0;}

    Any idea why this would be occurring and how to resolve? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
