Hello, I am looking for iPhone programmer that can program an iPhone app for me. I will have the design, graphics and all content ready. The app will consist of a main screen and a menu with 4 selections. 1st selection (home screen) will have an image and text 2nd menu seletion will have a checklist (like a to-do list) that the user will be able to check and uncheck 3rd menu section - a form with several fields and radi buttons that will submit the submitted info online. 4th menu section content will be downloaded from a website.
