    These guys should have known that including the name "iphone" in their DOMAIN NAME was against trademark laws, let alone any branding, images, etc, etc.

    There's nothing *wrong* with the products themselves in my eyes - it gives people access to downloads, don't they?

    The only problem is the way the market themselves AROUND popular products. Although this is likely the most profitable way - it really is leaving them and you to trademark cases!
