Hi folks, I am working on a site that will be iphone based with a community and store selling accessories. I have the affiliate program in place but have not yet decided on how to reimburse affiliate users. I am open and fair and would like to discuss this affiliate program openly. Here is what I would like to see happen: Affiliates can be bloggers or have related sites (phones, cell phones, apple, related, youtube videos etc) post the affiliate links or banners (or videos). If you have a newsletter, send out newsletters with the links. If you post in forums, use the link as a signature. It would be nice to have affiliates create links on US based websites with English as the website language. What I don't want to see happen: No driving traffic using cpc models. No using scripts to inflate aff click throughs. Each affiliate will earn points and those points can be redeemed for cash or for a second generation iphone or iphone accessories. Like I said, I have not decided on value of the point system. I am open to ideas. The site is almost done. It has a good domain name and I do plan on keeping it. The amount of accessories on the market are slim but in the coming months that will change. In the meantime I will be putting up ipod related accessories and any ipod/iphone compatible accessories. I will also have other programs in place to earn additional points, that will be added to your affiliate points. For example, by adding content to the site, you will earn points. If you have any interest please let me know. I would be interested in knowing what reimbursement ideas you have and how much traffic/new users you think you can bring to this site. Thanks in advance
