iPhone 5 release on September 27, 2012, Is this true or rumors?

As everyone waiting for it's release date, I was searching the exactly release date of Apple's iPhone5. But, the more I search the more I am getting confusion.

What is really the eackly date to release of iPhone5? I found a website where the date was mentioned September 27, 2012.
Before , it was August 07, 2012.

Which is correct or just a rumor?

 

It's just a rumor, but there is nothing saying it wont be released by then.

I heard that it will be coming out on September 27th too. Though, unfortunately, I will not be standing in line for the iPhone 5. Not really interested in a bigger phone that can't fit in my pockets.

 

Its still smaller than HTC One X or Galaxy S3 which are having screens of more than 4.7".
