    Hello!

Every day i get the email and also in when i open WHM a popup window appear

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
The hostname (server.site.com) resolves to . It should resolve to xx.xx.xx.xx. Please be sure to correct /etc/hosts as well as the 'A' entry in zone file for the domain.

Some are all of these problems can be caused by
/etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if you
    believe everything else is correct.

    You may be able to
automaticly correct this problem by using the ' Add an A entry for your
hostname ' under ' Dns Functions ' in your Web Host Manager

Anyone know how to fix this problem. I google this but didnt find any proper way.

It seems server.site.com is not pointing to your server and you have set server.site.com as a host name for your server. You can simply add the A record for server.site.com in the DNS zone. If you do not want to add it manually then just login to your WHM, you will get popup to add A record for your hostname.
