    I own both vbulletin and ipb and vbulletin is way better than IPB IPB is more expensive, you pay for everything, you do not get a community suite like they advertise, yoou get the forum software only and everything else is extra

    Everything from use to admin side and features mods etc is way better in vbulletin - the only thing IPB got over bvulltin is is one template thats all

    but anyways I have a IPB perpetual license so I will never have to pay for the forum software ever....lol and support per year is only 30 dollars for me and I loves it
