    I converted the site away from IPB (to Xenforo) and now have no use for this license.

    It includes the following:

    IP.Board
    IP.Gallery
    IP.Content
    IP.Blog

    If bought new direct from IPS: $289

    Renew date is July 25, 2013, after which the software is still usable just support tickets are not open.
