IPB Forum Header Issues in IE6 and IE7 - header scrolls

    Good Morning Folks,

    I am working on a forum over at my movie review website. www atomicpopcorn net is the url. Click the forums link.
    Once there in IE 6 or 7 just scroll down and you will see what is happening. Its like the header is not set in place. It works fine in FF.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
