    I doubt you'll find a custom skin for $15 you should add another 0 to it.. that specific skin was bought for more than $300 from what I read on the skinning site..

    Anyways, I made a few free IPB 2.3 skins over here, they're not the same as CodingForums but at least they're free :) You could also try extremepixels.com if you want quality skins for a cheap price.
