Interesting domain name, as long as PR stays important. I used to register domain names occasionally, too. Until Irealised I am not quite a domainer, and I usually ended up getting bored and letting them expire. No big deal unless you have good sense of buying and selling domains or a development plans behind this particular name.
I want to make a pagerank checker on this one ... I am not interested in selling it .. I just want to know it`s value!

Nice name as if you say you have plans for development. ipagerank is a good name and the .org is not too bad, moreso if you develop yourself.
For name alone I think reg fee - low $xx. But as you stated you have development ideas for it that will surely increase value of domain . Good luck with development.
It's hard to tell what someone will pay for a domain...first you need that "someone" to even want it... However, slap a page rank checker on it would be the ideal thing to do...Do that and then wait a year or two and you might have some real value there.

I think Ipagerank.org seems to be like an expired domain. Nice one, undeveloped - Around $20 developed - More than $1K
Its concise and .org is probably the 3rd most popular ext. p.s. ipageranker.com is still avail if you wanted a dot com.
