    How much do you think this domain is worth? It is already up on ebay. Have been told anywhere from 5k-7k I want more opinions.

    Hyphen lowers value, plus as a ®™ there's always the threat that Apple could crush you. Even so $xxx

    = Hyphen makes it lousy, if there was no hyphen i'd say right on.
    = Trademark issue, Apple could snatch it from you.
    = Worth reg fee - mid $xx imo.

    --> hyphen is lousy, the placing of the hyphen makes it even worse
    --> TM infringement

    though there are people who actually like those names.

    Perhaps you can get at most $2x for this.

    The trademark does not take affect unless Apple wins the battle for the name Ipad. Right now several companies are battling for the name so no one is fully claiming it yet. Iphone and Ipod are danger zones. Get rid of it within the next several months and you'll be ok. If (or when) Apple wins the names, they'll only come after you if they need the name or you negatively impact their brand. If you wait and sell it after they win the mark, then the new owner can sue you (not likely though) if they get forced to give up the name or get sued by Apple for infringement.
