This is a unique iPad wallpapers website running on WordPress. Very easy to manage. Top SERPS in Google (for terms such as 'xyz ipad wallpaper' xyz being anything - like spiderman 2 ipad wallpaper, twilight ipad wallpaper, etc).

- Most of the time I can add any wallpaper on the site and it is on the #1 or #2 spot on Google for it's related term. eg if I add a Miley Cyrus wallpaper, within 5 minutes of posting it on the site, I'm #1 on Google for the term 'miley cyrus iPad wallpaper'.

- We're averaging 7,000 to 8,000 unique visitors monthly with 20,000 average page views.

- The site is not monetized at all. I've performed extensive SEO on the site. Hence the top SERPS.

Also includes the domain hqipadwallpapers.com which I had planned to use as a new domain name for the site.

Selling so soon after I purchased since I now have 2 offline jobs, and do not have the time to develop this site to its full potential. Not selling based on future potential though, this site has the traffic right now to succeed and make a good profit. Simply add adsense and monetize.

@Zorbajor: This is a wallpaper site, people are usually searching for a particular wallpaper for their iPad. Like say someone looks up 'Spiderman 3 iPad wallpaper' on Google, and we're usually #1 - #5 for that term, and they end up on that particular page, download the wallpaper and leave. I've tried to lower the bounce rate by adding stuff like 'Similar Wallpapers', 'Random Wallpapers'. We're doing 200 - 250 UVs per day and which is increasing steadily. We're also trying to add wallpapers that are in popular demand, so if there's a new movie or a game and a dozen other things, we are sure to add wallpapers for it. As we keep adding more wallpapers, I'm sure the visitors will find the site more interesting and the bounce rate will decrease.
