    Any worries that Apple will take the domain away? I read an article about some guy with around 8 domains that got taken by Apple because they had the product names in the domain.

    I wouldnt say so, a urdp search turns up no results:

    Also Apple has not moved to seize any ipad related domains that i know of, those were ipod/macbook related.

    This particular domain is pretty generic, it would be fine, the key is not to use company logos and content, which would not be alowable for any domain. commerce related domains seem to not have this problem. ipod/macbook/etc. domains ending in "seller" seem to be fine, (see macbookseller.com and others that follow this pattern) Also it would be a hot reseller item.
