iPad College Book is Amazon Affiliate website and Google Affiliate Approved Site. Depending on the quantity of products sold, the commission brackets range from 5% - 10%.

The site has been optimized for Google, and it was indexed and cached in under 24 hours. It is currently ranking for many terms too many to list on the first page of Google, as well as on page 1 or in the first few pages for many common phrases, which you will be able to see from my traffic sources report.

The site is SEO optimized and has landed many #1 spots in Google, Yahoo, and Bing for such terms.

There are hundreds of other terms not listed here but this is a general idea of the types of keywords bringing in traffic to the site.

This website is guaranteed to get a lot more visits in the near future, with the iPad having just been released and college student being a prime target consumer. The apps for the iPad will continue to grow in popularity and the user base will always be growing with this new Apple Device.

You have a chance to get into the one hottest niches as of now, and with a perfectly worded domain like this, it's a fantastic start. A lot of colleges are looking at using the E-Textbooks and many publishers are already on board to start using this technology. Another niche which this site ranks Top 5 and many #1 spots are for the graduate admission tests keywords. This will always be a big search term and with many people looking for new study aids on the iPad this will bring in a TON of traffic.

The website can be designed anyway you would like and I left it bare so you can customize it how you want it to look. The most important part of this website that you are buying are the rankings and the Google SERP.

    REVENUE DETAILS:

As stated above, the revenue could vary hugely. There are banner links up for College Textbooks currently that pay out good commissions on any sales up to 10%. The traffic on here will start going up towards August and September as students are looking for deals on textbooks. Right now the site is making about $10/month just on adsense and once more advertisers and Graduate Schools start spending money on iPad Advertising it will surely grow much higher. Get into the market before everyone else does and capitalize on these Google SERP rankings. It did have sales on the Google Affiliate in August totaling $10 so far. Making earnings in August $20.

If you have "iPad" in the domain name, then it's a trademark infringement, and Apple has been known to send DCMA notices to forcefully take domains that contain a trademark, i.e. yours: iPadCollegeBook.com... even sometimes sue if it's making money.

That blog post is outdated, it was made back in January. Notice how the title says "Why Apple Can't Buy iPad.com (just yet)". Since then, Apple has bought the trademark to the iPad, because obviously Apple wouldn't release a product to the public that could open them up to millions in lawsuits.

Thanks for your input Instant...But I haven't heard of any iPad Domain owners getting any notices. Please stop posting comments on thread if you're not interested in the site.

    Thanks
