Selling Ipad classified ad site

I have usedipadsstockton.com for sale. It is a ipad classified ad site for ipads for sale in the stockton CA area. We have 50 of these in 50 different cities and we use them to promote cpa offers. I just dont use all of them and selling off the ones I dont use. Part of the price includes training on how we drive free targeted traffic to the sites to convert to adsense clicks and cpa sign ups. The average one of these sites will earn $20 or so per month but assume no traffic to the ones we are selling because we do not use them in our current promotional methods.
