    I have just seen in some thread that someone got banned time and time again because his previous and original account got banned they banned the rest as he was logging in with the same IP is this true

    yes........u will get banned if u login from the same ip adress or use the same site.....inshort dont have anything relating to ur previous account ...like ur site url or ip address
