    IP does matter. If financially possible, do get a dedicated IP and web hosting for your site.

    totally rubbish those who say Dedicated? Why would some one require dedicated for a single blog? eh? ok forums/videos site apart. Its just devotion how you optimize and how your site link matters to the readers!
