    What information can you find from someone's IP? Can you find where He lives or only the country?
    What happen when someone use a "portable usb internet"?

    same,portable usb internet or mobile broadband also have ip.
    depend on whether it's static or dynamic ip.
    you can check the location of the ip if you know their ip.

    The closest you can get is the ISP switch in you area. In my area, that's a 12 mile radius, I believe. No, they can't pinpoint your house.
