Man .. dont take the help of proxy to access the account . I am not sure about Pakistani IP but I wont suggest you to access Italian Account from Pakistan .
Disguised is correct but let me tell u one of my friend story with paypal. One of my friend still a member of dp belonging to PAK was unable to get a verified paypal account so he decided to have a fake one as everyone try to do here, he verified his account from a vcc and he got satisfied as he got a verified paypal account.He could send and recieve money. But the problem was that he was thinking the same that paypal will limit his account due to IP but i suggested him to use a single i mean static IP address and paypal wil never limit or bann ur account.He did the same and always used to login from a single IP address but unfortunatly one day he went to home from hostle on vacations and he got to login to paypal from his home, the time he loged inn from his home within 5 min he recieved an email of paypal account limited. Some my suggestion is that if u r using paypal frompakistan u can access it but only from a single IP. And it wil never limit if u login from a single IP. THx Regards: Arif
If you opened PayPal account from uncle computer(Italy),you can to use this computer for PayPal sign up from Pakistan using the program the removed management of computer: You see the screen of the removed computer(uncle computer) on your monitor .Your manipulations with the mouse or keyboard are transferred to the removed computer. Thus, you can work behind him as if he (uncle computer) is directly before you.It is best of best Regards.
Look what Disguised has said is correct. Just do one thing. Make sure your uncle has mentioned all details true in the a/c like address, phone no., Credit Card which matches the name of the a/c owner (At least the last name must match) etc. Just use the a/c without any fear from Pakistan IP in case they will trace you by system what maximum they will ask you is, 01. Photo ID 02. Utility Bill 03. Sometimes Latest Credit Card statement 04. Verify your location (you need to add another CC for this & you can verify your location either by phone or by a letter which they will send you with a secret code just like in case of MB verification). Once provided all these details & restored your a/c you will never get any problem in using PP from any country's IP. I have this personal experience so I can tell you this will surely work.
