Hey guys, I am looking to serve a different page to a particular region of the US...than what I am serving to the remainder of the country. I know that I am going to need the IP range for that region, but the problem is that any decent IP database is very expensive. Also, I really don't need the entire database, just the portion of the country I am looking to serve the new page to. Do you guys know of a place that keeps a FREE or very inexpensive IP database that is accurate? I am looking to server the southern California region a different page. Also, if any of you have a database, would you be willing to get me an export of the Southern Cali region? Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks!
Hmm... im just brainstorming here...but couldn't you run some regional ads in adsense and then track the IPs from those ads and try to figure out what the IP range would be?
