IP Banned from Alexa?

    Not sure if this is the right forum - but I seem to have been IP banned from alexa. My site is still there, but alexa.com times out when I try to visit it, unless I go through a proxy

    I'm sorry your IP got banned from alexa. You might want to contact them via email to see if you could work something out. It might be just a mistake.

    Do you use fasterfox? Sometimes web admins put some scripts to auto ban multiple IP connections. Kinda like DoS protection

    Oh yeah, I do. I'm back on now - but was banned for like half an hour. Was just wondering if anyone else had heard of this phenomenon

    I'm banned too ..whe i try to enter alexa i see this message:

    One or more errors occurred while processing your request:

    You may only use this form to unblock requests once. Please contact customer service at pages.alexa.com/help/contacthelp.html and be sure to include your IP Address: ... . ... . ... . ...
    But nothing happen! where i have to go to reclaim?
