IP Banned for life and career?

If someone is banned for life but takes a job where they manage another account, are they putting the managed account at risk by logging in from an IP that they used with the account that got banned?

What if I hire a company to manage my account and then get myself banned. Can they no longer manage accounts?

Companies may have to start including Adsense bans in background checks and getting individual IP's for each client. :)

thats an interesting question. I would guess that hasn't happened often enough for someone to take notice or create policies about it - but an interesting idea none the less.

Possibly. It is very difficult to be sure though.

I suppose if I was Google and someone approached me about reinstating and said 5 years ago I was a stupid kid and clicked on my ads. I am now done with school and need to get a job in marketing or development, please give me another chance.

In most states "life" is only about 5 - 8 years.

I would assume that there are not even companies out there that manage your AdSense for you. Perhaps you're thinking of AdWords?

I believe there is a resolution area where you can write them to apply for reinstatement.
