IP Address Help

    I need to get very detailed information on an IP address. I've tried many IP lookup sites and they narrow it down the ISP and the City; however, I need more. Is that possible? Is it possible to narrow it down to the customer and not just the ISP?

    You can get the IP Adress and location on Google Maps, but you can't get the customer name, etc. The only way I can think of that happening is if the ISP had an API which they would not do due to privacy concerns.
