IP address banning

    I run a Joomla website that has the kunena forum installed. we have had a persistent troublemaker who seems to be able to change his IP address to get around the IP ban plug-in that we have installed. Somebody on the Joomla Forum told me that you have a great way of banning these people who can change their IP addresses. If so, could you please enlighten me?

    Perhaps you can download a list of proxy servers and ban them all?

    Sorry to sound like an idiot, but how do I do this? I am assuming that this is the way this particular person is managing to obtain different IP addresses?
