I am selling the website, IoogleMedia.com and its content on the website. On the website, I am selling the PHP software, TheAdPimp which normally sales for $24.95 for a single license and $74.95 for a server license. I coded the entire script myself and the code is very clean and well formatted. The website uses WHMCS + Licensing Addon to manage the company and the licenses. Some of the PHP files are encoded with ionCube to protect the software from being nulled.

The site has only been open for about 2 weeks. With promotion and some advertising, you will earn alot more revenue. I honestly don't have the time to fully manage the site as I am packing and moving upstate. But I can still provide support.

If you decide to purchase, the existing licenses(3) must not be deleted.
You will receive the unencoded + encoded versions of the PHP software being sold.
I will provide support for the first 3 months.
I will assist in transferring the files to your existing server/host or we can arrange you takeover my hosting payment.

This site costs $24.95 to run at HostGator.com I have it hosted here because they give you a free WHMCS license when you order reseller hosting. The Licensing Addon from WHMCS costs $99 and you will need this to manage licenses on the PHP script. Without this, anybody can use the software freely. If you wish, you can get a leased license of WHMCS for $12.95 at LicensePal.com I will transfer my Licensing Addon to you. All you have to pay a month is the $12.95.

The domain name doesn't expire until May 31 next year.
It is registered with NameCheap.com with WhoisGuard.
