I'd like to have a site redesigned. It uses FSRevolution as the backend which is encoded PHP in Ioncube and uses strictly Smarty Templates for design. It limits your ability to bring elements from one page to another. I'd like to add a login/password option to the main page without having to go through to the login page. And I'd like a splash page where a user fills in their name and password to subscribe to newsletter and it also brings this information to the register page. I'm wary of hiring someone on a Freelance site since they always say they know how to use _blank, and then don't. Does anyone have experience with this, or can recommend someone? Thank you.
