I just won this site through a godaddy backorder, and am now in a private auction for the rights. However I believe they may be bidding against me for the site. (Supposdly, GoDaddy is corrupt and there are many cases of proxy bidding on behalf of Godaddy employees.)

This is a pronounceable LLLL.COM domain, which i think is pretty attractive.
How far should I be willing to go against GoDaddy (or whoever it is that backordered along with me) for this domain?

    Does anyone know about proxy-bidding?
If I see the private auction and it states (1-Bid), however, when I enter it states no bids besides the startoff bid which is done automatically on your behalf by godaddy. Does this mean someone else has placed a proxy bid and i must find their max amount?
Or is that my original bid which was made on behalf of me by Godaddy?
Any help would be greatly appreciated ;)

I just find it weird that if there were 2 people who backordered, wouldnt it say 2 bids? How am I winning if GoDaddy automatically creates similiar starting bids for each of its users? (this is where things are getting fishy)

Not really pronounceable for most English users. ~$50 imho.
