Invoicing

    On an account with a negative balance after a new invoice has been generated the invoice status is unpaid. how do we handle accounts that pay in advance?

    Under the invoice preferences there is an option to auto-close prepaid invoices.

    How was the invoice generated? With the generate invoices on the main menu or manually?
