I have changed ip blocks and now my email notices triggered by optigold (invoices, reciepts) are not being sent this was setup 5 yrs ago and i can not find were the IP numbers to point optigold in right direction to send them are now . i have looked in every place i can find i thought thanks in advance Ken
went into maint and prefrences then into general prefernces and after clicking through the half millions buttons i still find no ip numbers except in a radius area . All the email stuff is still set to its proper settings only when i changed ip numbers is when it stopped working . I didnt change mail servers or change anything on opti the mail server is still same just its number has changed is there an IP Number setting in there some place thanks Ken
It should be on that first screen (don't click anywhere else beyond what I mentioned above). It should be labeled SMTP Server.
