Invoice

Hello,

One company contacted me to work for them online as a part-job, but they want me to send them invoice.

As I'm individual and not company, do they mean I need to send them electronic invoice or what? And how do I make it? What do I need to put, does someone have example.

You can make an invoice using excel and microsoft has free templates on their site.

I create the invoice in Excel, Word or OpenOffice, save as a PDF file, then email the PDF.
To save-as a PDF do a File-Print and choose a PDF printer.
If you don't have a PDF print-driver in your printer list you can download a free one at dopdf.com

 

Where can I find that one, if needed next time?

You can just use a template in MS World, everthing is lined up for you, and you just basically fill in the info
