Invoice prints on two pages

What controls how the NORMAL fancy invoices are printed?

When I view a preview it all looks great and fits on one page with lots of room to spare (as there is only three products on the invoice).

But when I send it to my laser printer It prints the main page with the first part of the invoice and remittance slip and then prints a page 2 with this:
    Invoice Total
    Previous Balance
    Balance Due

It leaves tons of space where it could have printed the total and balance due.

I don't see any options in the program to set up the print driver. I checked my default print driver and it is set up normally.

The Postcard and Preprinted invoices print fine, just the Normal one doesn't...

Has anyone else experienced this? If so how did you fix it.

Try updating your print driver. The condensing of space on the page (or lack thereof) is ultimately a function of the print driver.

The preview from OptiGold shows it looking all nice on one page. It would be great it it would print that way.

I even sent it out to a PDF file using the Acrobat PDF print driver and the PDF is two pages.

Also, is there any way to tweak the output to the printer, as I have ordered and got in some LaserSubstrates Two Way Mailers and the output from Optigold isn't lined up very well and I can't see a place to edit them...

    Update:
I just copied my OptiGold directory to another computer that has the exact same print driver installed and ran an invoice and it turned out perfect!!

What could cause it to print so different to the same printer on two different machines?

Hmmm... something has to be different about the machines. You might try to uninstall the print driver and reinstall it (on the one it's not condensing properly).
