Invoice printing problem, 2 pages even with only one line item

    Greetings Shawn,

    Long time no type to. I've talked with you about two years ago about this problem and still haven't been able to solve it. It's my own stubborness that keeps me from reloading my desktop, which I think would solve it.

    When I print invoices from my pc only, I get two pages even though I only have a single line item. Every other PC in the office prints invoices fine.

    I've tried different printers, both locally attached and network attached, different logins, uninstalled filemaker and opti and reinstalled, killed every registry key I could find that might be related to filemaker or opti.

    I've purchased new printers in the past couple years, even a color laser. It also exhibits the problem.

    Ok, the question: Are there some settings stored somewhere that would be machine related that I need to delete and re-create? It has to do with the whitespace on the invoice that's causing a second page.

    I can send scans of the resulting invoices and even give you access to the various pc's if you want it.

    No, there are not any settings in Optigold ISP that would cause that. The printing is a function of the operating system and print drive. So Optigold simply hands the job off to the print spool.
