Invoice for usage prompt?

    Shawn, how are you? I just imported July usage and for some reason OG is not promptimg me to "Invoice for excessive disk usage" How can I force this prompt? Or just run invoices for the accounts due? Thanks

    Do you have the setting to prompt you to invoice for usage (sorry had to ask that first)?

    Yes, it has always been set. What happened was, I was prompted, then imported July usage and realized there was an error in the data. So I deleted July usage and reimported a corrected text file. Now I do not get a prompt to "Invoice for excessive disk usage" I know I have accounts that are over and need to be invoiced/billed. Can I force the "Invoice for excessive disk usage" prompt somehow? Thanks Shawn

    Are you positive they are over their allotment? Like if you click on the usage record to pull up the detail record, it shows as being over and not billed already?

    Not really sure to be honest, besides the settings mentioned above, nothing else should affect it (assuming your employee account has permissions to invoice for usage and get the prompt).
