We have a need installation of Optigold (demo version at the moment). I am having trouble finalising the invoice format for Australian (UK) data format.

I have changed the date format under web settings and I have changed the invoice language to English UK. The Due Date is still in US format.

The windows regional settings are all correct on my PC.

I cannot find any other options change the format of this date to dd/mm/yyyy. The only other option is to take off the due date.

    Any suggestions please?

    Regards

Under My Stuff -> Preferences and set it to use your system format for date/time.

    Thanks

Errr ... It was already set.

However, the problem is now fixed - not sure whether it was "already" fixed or the action of going into My Stuff -> Preferences fixed it. Either way it is now OK.

    thanks
