Invite other to submit their articles, links - where?

    I have a long absence here in DP and I can see that there are many new rules. I even received two infractions of my thread that was posted a year ago.

    Anyway, I just open up my new website, much like Digg but focus on internet marketing and making money online. So what forum category where I can invite other bloggers to submit their links/blog posts to us? Can it be on BST > Freebies? Or is it still allowed here in DP?
