Invite Email Contacts in Facebook Page

Hi Everyone,

In Facebook Pace their is an option below for inviting email contacts:

But, I dont know how to use any of it...

Say I have a list of email contacts of 5000 email id's in excel or note pad.. now how can i import files in above tools and how can i upload using tool to invite friends?

This is been resolved..

Here is how you can do this :

create a note pad. add all your email id's in note pade (only 5000) then upload the file in facebook.

make sure you put per email id in per line with out any comma
