Invision Power Board 2.3.5 to phpbb3

I need help for this.
I cannot found any solution to convert my ipb 2.3.5 to phpbb3.

I tried this method already.
But it didn't work, the passwords are not converted...how can i solve?

 

i have converted in this wai and all was succsful converted with no problems
