Hello, Wow, trying to convince investors is tough; however having them come up short is another story. I'm not sure what to do. Seek other investors and buyout the original? They like the concept of the site and maybe (fingers crossed) the site will take off with this unique approach. But now I must convince other investors that this site is unique. What's to do? You currently have an agreement with Investors, but they did not fund to the level you agreed? Or you have an agreement but the agreement did not specify the level of investment? If you have investors it seems to me that you should consult with them and explain the situation and let them determine whether to halt the project now, fund the required amount, or seek additional funding and dilute their holdings. What you may be missing is some clarity in the situation as to what the current funding level will accomplish.
