    if its a .com, I would say roughly about $700 to $1200
    but since its .biz, value is between $50 to $100

    The .biz extention is a very week extention. Undeveloped, I would have to say the name is worth around reg fee.

    You'd better dveloping it, imho: as developed website the catchy name would be one more point for you;
    Otherwise, I'd unfortunately appraise the domain by itself just reg. fee in the resellers' market.
