Selling Investment Website with $30/month Revenue (Adsense)

General Information

Investing-Guides.com is an investor's resource website containing articles about real estate, commodities (gold, silver, etc), stocks, bonds and some online investments. I have been writing articles for this website for over a month now, but lately I haven't posted as much as I used to. Despite this, the revenue seems to be increasing and so is the traffic. The domain name is easy to remember!

Revenue

This site mader around 30 USD last month, and will most probably make more than that this month. The high paying keywords (especially real estate) coupled with good ad-placements make some decent revenu even with a few visitors per day. An average click equals $1 or more, which means that if someone would increase the traffic then of course the revenue would make some nice jumps even through only a few more clicks every day.

Traffic

I don't have a seperate Google Analytics for this website since I wasn't planning on selling it - Although the Google Adsense reports suggest around 500 visitors last month, and around 120 so far in November.

Why selling?

I am currently building a few forums which I take up all my time, as well as schoolwork. I need the money to buy a vBulletin license as well, which is a forum software.

The auction will last for 3 days, and I will send the domain name as well as the site with all its content to you quickly, and for free of course.

PM traffic details? domain regsitered?

 

Domain is registered at fatcow.com, and I don't have individual traffic details for this website. It has around 10-20 pageviews a day, which you can see in the adsense revenue screenshots.

 

Are the articles unique? If so, I'll pay the BIN price. I have a new account here but having been buying sites for years so don't worry about that
