    Hello folks,

    Today I am selling another website with adsense revenue, www.website-investing.com. It's an investment blog/site with articles on how to invest in websites; Buying, selling and holding them for cashflow every month. The articles on the website are written by me and another friend interested in investing online.

    The site is constructed using Wordpress, so it is very easy to handle. You don't need to maintain the site, it runs automatically. However - it is NOT an autoblog! You don't need to update the site if you really don't want to. You can even hire me as a writer, if you wish :) (For people who buy with the BIN, I will write 3 free articles for you)

    The traffic comes from several referral sites and all links will remain in place for the new owner, guaranteed. The site utilizes both black and whitehat methods and techniques for traffic, and I have performed an Xrumer blast with 4000 backlinks (I paid $20) which will increase the site's traffic in the coming weeks.

    Where's the traffic coming from? GA data looks as though it's mostly either direct or referring. Who are the referrers and were you buying traffic?
