Accu Investor.com (no space) is for sale. It is starting at $2,000 USD. I'm going away to school this summer to get my MBA, so naturally, I cannot hold it anymore.

All content is original, design is original, it has a custom coded Admin page that can be accessed anywhere. It has a Joomla CMS. The original ebook, and sales page will come with the site.

I also have it posted on clickbank, google checkout, and I have sold books ebay. I also make income selling monthly links.

i have not invested money into link campaigns, so all links, traffic, and visitors are organic. So far I've made $60 bucks this month. Some months I've made as much as $180, once I've made $210. Imagine if someone actually had the time and capital to sit and work on SEO, link campaigns, marketing, etc? forget about it.

That is why the price is where it is at.

    PM me if interested

I somewhat like this website. I don't like the price, but that's because I'm looking for a fixer upper :)

I don't doubt the potential of this website, but even at near the peak income of $210/mo, its 1 years income.

Still a good buy, IMO.. for someone with intention to develop it properly.

indeed, that is why it is marked up where it is at, and even at this price, I sincerely believe it is much too discounted.
