Does it make sense to invest in four letter .nets over .coms anymore? I have one already that I have been holding for 12 years now, but i don't see the value increase like with .coms in .nets even today.

4 letter domains still are valuable, even if they are a .net, have you posted your domain on Godaddy auctions?

    I got a 4 letter NET domain too utug.net
and some 5 letter COM ones
but I see that most people are going for long keyword domains these days, instead of short ones.
Short ones are so much easier to remember though...
Everytime I have to go to a long domain site, I end up using google and find the site there again.
Cannot make a brand around them as well.
Short ones, they create a whole new brand.
