    Hello,
    I'm starting a new website by myself, and it won't have staff working on a place. Digital products(like scripts) will be sell in the website. The point is, I am a little insecure about writing the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy. I don't know if I really need it and if I need, you can I create one?

    Can;t help you with the question of whether you need them or not, but in terms of generating them - why not go to a similar site (or sites) that you trust and check out what they have in place...
