These sucking CA's and CS's are sucking blood out of our industry making us go into either looses for some weeks or reduce our margins. These sucking CA's and CS's sit idle on the Table for 11 months of the year and bring the hell in the office for 1 month of the year. Cost cutting is the first priority of any Company and this can be done by firing the CA and CS in your branch or loss-making branches. Let them pick the stones and WE Tell them we RUNS the industry not them. Begin Cut on costs by providing them with cutting there Salaries, cheap Tea and Lunch, cheap Non-AC cabs and the profits in your company will be heft rise. Who runs the board of Directors meetings? Personal secretaries not the CS's (Sucking Secretaries) leeching the Hard-Earned profits out of company build upon by the Hard-Working people. These two classes just leeches hefty salaries in the Company without any benefits to them. Rest depends on you. These class of professionals has not respect in the society.
